This is up 4.5 percent from March 2023 and an increase of 1.1 percent compared to February 2024. The benchmark price for a detached home is $2,007,900, up 7.4 percent from March 2023 and an increase of 1.8 percent from February 2024.
Attached home sales increased 6.2 percent last month compared to March 2023. The benchmark price of a townhome is currently $1,112,800, up 5 percent from March 2023 and a 1.7 percent increase compared to February 2024.
